Seated Female Figure
A seated female figure, carved out of wood. She has a hairstyle consisting of five bunches, and sits on chair. This was originally part of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum collection, thought to have been acquired in the Glendinning Auction Rooms, London, in 1933. It was acquired by the British Museum in 1954.
