Leather Bag
A leather bag and belt from Konnodogu , likely Koinadugu, in the north-east. The bag has flaps on both the back and the front that are decorated with a tooled line design. Three leather tassels are attached to the base, two of which have leather and cloth buttons. Two more leather tassels are attached as side pendants. A belt of seven leather plated strings passes through leather loops on the bag so that is can be easily worn. Alldridge compared is to a Sporran , a purse that is part of traditional Highland dress.
