Cosmetics Bottle

A small bottle made out of elephant pad, and covered in unknown animal skin. The neck of the bottle is a reddish brown; the base flares out into a rounded base and is patterned with alternating white and brown rings. It was used by Mende women as a cosmetics bottle, containing a powder used for colouring lower eyelids.
