Incomplete Sowei Mask
Guy Massie-Taylor collected a series of carvings representing three stages of carving a Sowei mask from a carver in the Kori Chiefdom. The carver was known as Pessima. This is the first stage, showing the outline of the face and four rectangular blocks for the hair.
