Hammock
This is a chequered hammock, made out of country cloth. Country cloth is traditionally made from locally grown cotton that is spun into thread, dyed, and woven into strips on a tripod loom. This example has checks of indigo and cream. It was collected by Dr. M.C.F. Easmon
