Zoauve Jacket
This is one of a collection of Zoauve jackets, worn by the Royal West African Frontier Force (R.W.A.F.F). The R.W.A.F.F was formed by the British Colonial Office in 1900 amidst rising concern over French expansion towards North Nigeria. They were made by Hobson and Sons (London) Ltd.
