Sasah Medicine

This is recorded by the Sierra Leone National Museum as Sasah , a term for swearing medicine . It is thought to have been used by the previous owner, Ena-Kumbah, on her groundnut farm, possibly to ensure high yields, or to warn off thieves. It is made from a cotton bag, containing magical substances, herbs, or medicine.
