Gongoli Mask
This mask is described as a gongoli, or kongoli, mask in the Glasgow Museums catalogue. It is unusual for a gongoli mask, though has the characteristic pointed ears. The gongoli masquerader comes out to provide light entertainment, particularly during more solemn occasions such as funerals. It is not particular to any cultural group in Sierra Leone.
